We are delighted to be hosting the Sandgate FC Summer Tournament again, where we will welcome over 5000 guests through the gates over the weekend. We 're proud to host one of the largest tournaments in West London for over two decades. It's our favourite time of the year seeing teams that we play regularly locally and all the teams that we see each year as returning guests to this fantastic event.
Our committee, mangers, coaches and parents have been working hard to ensure the pitches, clubhouse and whole experience is second to none, and we can't wait to see you all.
Across the weekend our playing nschedule is as follows:
Saturday 22nd June 2024 - AM - U8’s & U14’s. PM - U10’s & U12’s.
Sunday 23rd June 2024 – AM - U7’s & U13’s. PM - U9’s & U11’s.
The venue is our home gound - Sandgate Youth FC Bourne Farm Playing Fields, Rear of Skipton Drive, Hayes UB3 1PL.
There will be FREE PARKING arrangements again this year. All parking will be at PINKWELL PARK, Entrance is in ELERS ROAD, HAYES UB3 1NY. THERE IS NO PARKING AT THE GROUND. Pinkwell Park is only a 5 minutes’ walk from the ground. A drop off area is available, but this is not within the car park. Please follow Drop off signage on the day. Any Blue badge holders must book prior to the event. Sandgate Marshalls will also be on hand throughout the day.
To avoid traffic congestion, please follow road signage and Sandgate Marshalls and enter Pinkwell Park from the PINKWELL LANE
END.
Any parents and travelling supporters, please avoid parking in Bourne Avenue, Skipton Drive, Mildred Avenue, Carnarvon
Drive and Pinkwell Lane. Please respect our neighbours and do not block drives or garages or park on grass verges. Please be aware that parking enforcement officers are on duty all weekend.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DOGS / PETS ARE NOT ARE NOT WELCOME AT THIS TOURNAMENT! Please do not put us in an awkward position of refusing entry and ensure all team members and famliies are aware of this ruling.
Entry to the tournament for adults will be £4.00 (cash or card) this includes all Managers. Managers will be issued a £4 food voucher when they register their team and players. All Players and Children are free.
Team managers and parents are advised to ensure the safe custody of all personal possessions and valuables, as the tournament organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage. Do not leave valuables in cars or changing rooms.
Please ensure all players, parents & spectators adhere to the FA & club rules regarding behaviour on and off the pitch. We will have RESPECT Marshalls monitoring behaviour throughout the day. It is the responsibility of each team manager and parents to monitor the behaviour of people under their care, to ensure a good, well-mannered event. Teams will be disqualified for persistent abuse or misconduct.
All spectators, managers, and non-competing players are asked to stand one metre back from the side lines of the pitch to allow clear
visibility for the officials and players.
Hot and cold food, sweets, drinks, and a BBQ will be available on both days. There will also be an ice cream van. ALCOHOL IS NOT ALLOWED at this event.
