The objective of all the volunteers at Sandgate FC is to provide fit for purpose facilities, to enable technical and tactical player development through grassroots football, whilst providing a safe, fun environment that players and their families enjoy attending.

Additionally the aim of the club, in line with the FA 4 Corners model,  is to help educate boys and girls with experiences to develop their physical, social and psychological capacities so that they grow as individuals and teammates both on and off the pitch, becoming well-rounded members of society as well as improved footballers.

Our strategy is to offer accessible football for all and we have a very diverse member base that represents the communities in which we live. Our new girls section will continue this diverse development, and we are exploring the possibilities of adding pan-disabilities football and walking football in the future. Our volunteer led coaching teams, committee and kitchen team are all DBS checked, and our coaches are all FA qualified, ranging from FA Playmaker up to UEFA B, and Coerver Coaching.

Providing a safe, well organised, welcoming environment for all players to thrive is fundamental to everything we do. We trust you agree.
