Sandgate are delighted to announce we have been selected as a partnership club with Reading FC.
What is the partnership all about?
Reading Football club has set up partneships with local grass roots football clubs in order to gain a closer relationship with their local community. We have had great ties with clubs in the past that has brought players into the acadamey but with no great reward in return. This is an official link that reaps rewards for both sides and has proved sucessful within the past 18 months it has been running.
Why we selected Sandgate ?
We now have over 30 partner clubs in total, which covers the main areas of Berkshire but also expands out as far as Oxford, Brent and Cirenceter. Sandgate has a great reputation within grass roots football, from their great running as well as their previous record in producing players.
