U16 Captain Ronnie Heath (back row, third from the right) played a full 80 minutes for Middlesex County against Berks & Bucks in Cyril Butler Memorial Trophy at Slough Town Football Club.
Having already represented Middlesex at School County level, It was a very proud moment for both Ronnie and father Tony Heath (U16 Coach) and he didn't dissapoint as he put in a very hard working performance playing as a wing back and came very close to opening the scoring only to see the goalkeeper tip his long range effort over the bar.
Unfortunately the result didn't go their way but Ronnie was rewarded with a County Shirt and has been selected once again to represent Middlesex away to Kent on October 29th.
The U16's also have Nicholas Wiciat in the squad and we hope to see him follow Ronnie soon and pull on the Middlesex County shirt.
Well done to both. With some very strong teams coming through at Sandgate, I'm sure we'll see many others make the squad in years to come.
